AJ-Consultants

The AJ-Consultants team has wide experience in consulting of labour intensive industries. The company has worked as a consulting company in more than 40 countries. The owner, Mr Arto Juva, worked as Project Manager for Scandinavia for an American consulting company, when he established AJ-Consultants with his consulting team.

The consulting projects have been factory re-organization programs, start-ups of new factories, country wide sector studies and area marketing projects.

The micro-computer systems – SSD (Standard Sewing Data) and SWD (Standard Work Data) – became essential products to support the consulting activities in 1982. Soon the systems became the main products of the company.

The latest service is the remote methods analysis. The customer sends the video-clip(s) of the operation(s) to AJC and our methods engineers determine the time standards and give ideas for method improvement and send a detailed method description to the customer.

Today AJC forms a network of several freelance consultants and several agents and trainers of the SSD and SWD systems. The main office is located at World Trade Centre in Helsinki, Finland and the back office in Vääksy, Finland.
